01Okay but what actually is this?

A dashboard for one building. LEA Executive Residency has its own app where tenants pay rent, message management, and log requests — instead of WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and hoping someone saw your text.

02Is this a rental listing site like the others?

No. We do not list properties or take bookings. If you are already living here, this is the tool you use every month — it starts after you move in, not before.

03How is this different from a regular landlord-tenant relationship?

Most of those run on memory and goodwill — a call here, a text there, hoping it was seen. We put it on record instead. Every message, payment, and request has a timestamp and a status. Less guessing, more trust, on both sides.

04Who actually gets my rent money?

Your landlord, directly. Payments go straight to the building’s M-Pesa Paybill — LEA Executive never holds your money. The app simply reads the confirmation the moment M-Pesa sends it, so it shows up in your dashboard automatically.

05What happens to a maintenance request after I submit it?

It moves through three states you can actually see: submitted, in progress, resolved. No more wondering if anyone read it.

06Can my landlord see things I do not want them to?

No. Your private chat with management stays private. Row Level Security means only you and your property manager can see your conversations, payments, and records — not other tenants, not anyone else.

07What if I am not a tenant here yet?
